Project Management Overview
Financial Technology has a team of project managers that bring a wealth of experience in delivery that add value and a sense of guided reassurance to all our projects both internally and externally.
As a company we have adopted Prince 2 as our framework for delivering project success, to whit we have a number of Prince 2 certified practitioners. The framework supplies common systems, procedures and language enabling more precise understanding of expectations and requirements.
The framework provides us with greater control of resources, and the ability to manage business and project risk more effectively, which provides benefits to:

We have an adaptive approach to implementing life cycle assets into a project. This ensures that customers receive a flexible and scaling model which adopts appropriate levels of PM respective to the size and scale of their development or fulfillment project. In addition the adaptive approach provisions us well to work in concert with clients in house project management paradigms and lifecycles.
